Office Hours and Cleaning Hours
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Cleaning hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
All Recurring Services are completed Monday Through Friday
Holiday and Office Closings
M&D Cleaning Service observes the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
If a routine cleaning falls on one of the holidays above, we will contact you in advance to reschedule. M&D Cleaning will be open for all other holidays not listed
Initial Cleaning Service
An Initial cleaning is required before setting up a recurring service. For this first appointment, we send out a deep cleaning team headed by our Initial Cleaning Supervisor to thoroughly scrub your home or office. Once the property is spotless, our recurring services will keep it that way by visiting as often as you wish.
Move In/Out
Moving is stressful. Let M&D Cleaning Service lighten your workload by cleaning your home before you’ve moved in or after you’ve moved out.
Cleaning services include:
- Cleaning the interior and exterior of appliances and kitchen cabinetry (Refrigerator, Freezer Oven & Dishwasher)
- Wiping window ledges
- Wiping down doors
- Cleaning light fixtures, ceiling fans, dusting, blinds
- Spot cleaning walls!!!
- Wiping baseboards
- Removing cobwebs
- Cleaning glass on entrance doors and tracks
- Emptying wastebaskets and removing trash
- Vacuuming inside closets and wiping shelves
- Making beds and changing linens
- Scouring and sanitizing bathrooms
- Cleaning kitchen islands and counters, sanitizing sink
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning Windows & Sills
- Cleaning mirrors and glass
One Time Cleaning –
Cleaning services include:
- Dusting window ledges
- Dusting light fixtures, ceiling fans and blinds
- Dusting baseboards (If baseboards needs a to be scrub please select Deep Cleaning options)
- Vacuuming upholstered furniture
- Cleaning glass on entrance doors
- Removing cobwebs
- Emptying wastebaskets and removing trash
- Making beds and changing linens
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms- Stalls, shower and countertops
- Cleaning exterior of kitchen cabinetry and appliances
- Cleaning kitchen table and counters, sanitizing sink
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning mirrors and glass
- Dusting furniture and decorative items
If Organizing is needed, Select an additional hour. This includes folding clothes, hanging clothes, any piles of random items, kids play areas and piles of clothes.
For Sale Cleaning

Cleaning services include:
Construction Clean up
Repairs and renovations can be very messy, spreading dust and debris all over your home. We provide “industrial strength” cleaning services, combining our regular cleaning tasks with the added removal of construction remnants such as nails, staples and fragments of drywall.
Commercial Cleaning
M&D Cleaning Service offers light-duty commercial cleaning services including:
- Removing trash and recycling
- Vacuuming floors
- Scouring and sanitizing bathrooms
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens
- Dusting throughout
- Cleaning blinds
Estimated Arrival Time
We will discuss an arrival window with you when scheduling your cleaning. We require a 4 hour arrival window.
Entry to Your Home or Office
For recurring service, our preference is to have a key to your home or office or to pick up a key from your building’s front desk. If you wish to be present during the cleaning, please note that we require a 3 hour window of arrival.
Payment Policy
All Recurring clients invoice will be sent out at the beginning of month and must be paid by the close of business before day of service. If payment is not posted, the appointment will be cancelled and a $50 reschedule fee will be added to the next visit.
Your Cleaning is Guaranteed
We guarantee the cleaning we provide in the time allotted. If we did not clean an area properly, please contact us within 24 hours after your cleaning. We will schedule a re-cleaning appointment on the next business day at no cost to you. After the re-cleaning, if you still have concerns, we will meet with you again to discuss.
